Hello, I am Claire Jaramillo the Media Director for Team Lacey Mortgage. I am very excited to be part of such a great team and look forward to a great adventure. I moved to the Hampton Roads area almost a year ago from Rio Rancho New Mexico a suburb of Albuquerque (yes this is where Buggs Bunny should have turned left) where I lived most of my life. I couldn’t be happier living here where I feel like I am always on vacation and I am able to Live My Best Life.
Unlike the Albuquerque area that had 4 areas of town and 4 suburbs, Hampton Roads has so many areas to choose from, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Hampton, Isle of Wight, Smithfield, Windsor and Franklin. Then each city has many distinct areas for example Virginia Beach has Town Center, Sandbridge, Chix Beach, Pungo, Oceana and Kempsville while Norfolk has Ghent, Waterside, Norfolk Naval Station and Downtown just to name a few. Each city has its own unique qualities and offer various lifestyles within each. WOW! So many choices, how lucky are we to live here?
Apparently, I am not the only one to think Hampton Roads is a great place to live. Southern Living recently Named Norfolk one of The South’s Best Cities On The Rise. This area is consistently named best places to live, most friendly, most livable, best food, most to do and best vacation spot by several publications. Last night while visiting with a couple of retired Navy guys they told me that Oceana was the Navy destination and throughout their moves around the world this was their favorite home. Hampton Roads truly offers the opportunity to Live Your Best Life.
